Working under Professor Paul Chow to integrate the transformer machine learning framework on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) clusters. Received the NSERC-USRA award, Canada's most prestigious research award, to pursue the topic.
Executive position in charge of leading a subteam to build and set up necessary spaces to work on the canoe. Innovated the use of capacitance measurements for quality control purposes.
Selected as one of 32 start-ups, from 170 applicants, to be part of the UofT Hatchery NEST incubator program. Represented the company, professionally pitching to investor panels bi-weekly.
Designed and hosted a professional website, responsible for over 100 clients with cloud user authentication using Google Firebase.
Received the University of Toronto Scholar ($7,500) Award: Given to top engineering students on the basis of academic merit
Completed the International Baccalaureate program in Hong Kong's KGV school. Wrote a 4000 word essay on the use of humour in Joseph Heller's novel Catch-22 as part of the extended essay requirement.
Currently mentoring high school students on pursuing a career in the fields of engineering/computer science.
At the Crossroads Foundation, I assembled and reformatted 50+ computers from parts, removed malfunctioning hardware, and installed new parts. Volunteered 100+ hours to provide consultation and ship fixed computers to disadvantaged clients internationally.
